Returns
We accept returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with:
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item. Refunds are issued in cash.
Please note: We do not offer refunds on items returned without prior contact or approval.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized products
- Items marked as final sale
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
